Getting a Refund if you change your mind
Email support@1shot.uk with your order number and why you want to return the item.
- Products must be returned in their original, sealed packaging. We can’t accept requests for opened or used items.
- You need to email us within 72hrs of delivery.
- Refund or exchanges will be provided upon inspection.
Shipping Charges
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers are to cover return shipping costs. We do not provide free returns.
- Exception: We'll cover the full shipping cost for damaged or defective items.
